Privacy policy

What we collect. The details you hand us yourself: name, email, phone, company details on the brand form, quiz answers, ZIP code, booking requests and messages. We also collect basic analytics events (pages viewed, buttons tapped) but only after you accept cookies on the consent banner. Decline and analytics stay off.

Why we collect it. To personalize your world (the quiz builds your lineup), to deliver what you asked for (newsletters, event invites, a call with the team) and to run the business (advertiser reporting uses aggregate interest counts, never your identity).

What we never do. We never sell your personal information. We never share it with an advertiser as an identified lead unless you explicitly ask us to make an introduction.

Where it lives. With our service providers for email, texting, scheduling and analytics, each bound to use it only on our behalf.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from email in one tap. Reply STOP to any text. Email Contact@biohackyourself.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you and we will honor it, including rights under the CCPA and similar state laws. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; the site asks you to confirm you are 18 or older before joining.

Texting terms

Text messages are optional and never a condition of using the site. If you opt in, we text you your lineup and event invites, roughly a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to end them, HELP for help. Consent is recorded with a timestamp.

Terms of use

Ownership. All films, covers, photography, articles and marks are the property of Biohack Yourself Media and Lolli Brands Entertainment. Biohack Yourself is an internationally registered news company. Personal, non-commercial viewing only; no scraping, reposting or republication without written permission.

Partners. Products and clinics shown on the wall advertise in the current print issue. A listing is a paid placement, not an endorsement of any medical claim. Deals and discount codes belong to the partner and can change without notice.

No warranty. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Biohack Yourself Media is not liable for decisions made from editorial content.
